RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from Prapta.in are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
Prapta.in and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Prapta.in does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error- free. If a product offered by Prapta.in itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

PRICING
Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on our website, whether in Foreign Currency or Indian Rupees represents the full price of the product. With respect to items sold on Prapta.in, we charge your credit card before your order has entered the shipping process. For any reason if we are not able to ship you products as per your order, we will intimate you electronically and refund the value of the products not available. Any additional Shipping Fees, if applicable, will not be refunded. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalogue may be mispriced.

If we discover a mispricing, we will do one of the following:

If an item correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
If an item correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
Please note that this policy applies only to products sold and shipped by Prapta.in. The prices displayed on this site are quoted in Indian Rupees with approx. conversion rate in US Dollars. The actual amount to be paid by you will be the equivalent amount in the currency of your credit card, as per the conversions done by your bank / credit card provider on the date of billing.

SHIPPING
We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders in India
For international orders, shipping charges are based on the greater of the actual weight or volumetric dimensions of the parcel.
Please note that shipping charges for international orders will be calculated at checkout. Once you enter your shipping address, the shipping costs will be updated based on the destination country and the total weight of your order. We strive to provide accurate and fair shipping rates for all our customers. COD SHIPPING
Cash on delivery (COD) is available for orders within India. For all COD orders, a prior deposit of 60% of the order value is required, payable through bank transfer or any electronic payment method. You will receive a payment link via email and phone number within 24-48 hours of placing the order. Upon receipt of payment, our team will process your order. Orders will be cancelled if payment is not received within 24 hours. Additionally, if the customer refuses the parcel to the courier company, the brand will
forfeit the prior deposit.

TAXES & DUTIES:
For Indian customers:
Product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties. 
For International customers ( when applicable):
International deliveries may attract customs duty or/and VAT as per the applicable law in the country of delivery, in addition to the price quoted on the site. The shipping agency will provide you with an invoice for customs duties and local VAT if applicable.
In case of International Orders, if a customer refuses to pay the Duty mandated by the respective country of shipment and doesn’t collect their order from the Shipping agency (such as DHL, FedEx, etc.),
then we will not be liable to refund any amount for such orders.

RETURNS:
Our garments are all made to order. Once your order is confirmed, we do not offer exchanges or returns. However, we are happy to assist with alterations if needed. Courier charges for alterations will be borne by the customer. Please note that the alteration service is only available for domestic purchases.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:

We do not offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally. However, if you receive any merchandise that is not in satisfactory condition, damaged, defective, or not as expected, kindly contact us at hello@prapta.in within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Refunds on international orders do not cover duties, taxes, and tariffs paid by the customer.

SIZING
The fit of our clothing depends on the cut, fabric and style of each garment. Some garments are designed to have a looser, relaxed fit and some garments are styled to be more fitted. Please review our sizing guide to select the size best suited to you.

PRODUCT PROPERTIES AND WASH CARE
All of PRAPTA products are handcrafted using the finest natural fibers. The subtle variations in color, texture and finish are intrinsic to hand made products. Our products are one of its kind created out of hand processes which involves spinning dying, weaving, and embroidery and dyeing techniques with the goal of minimizing our impact on the environment while striving for the best color properties. An irregular weave or print is not a defect - handloom by definition means uncertainty when it comes to uniformity.
All garments have to be dry cleaned as mentioned on wash care instructions mentioned on the website and paper tags, also we would recommended please make note of the instructions while placing the order

COLORS
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this Website. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor display of any color will be accurate.

VARIATION IN PRODUCT
Each piece goes through hand processes like hand dyeing, spinning, cutting, and embroidery making each piece unique in nature, hence no two pieces are similar and there is a slight variation in bespoke (made to measure) orders.

APPLICABLE LAW
By visiting Prapta.in, you agree that the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of Delhi High Court, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and PRAPTA OPC PVT LTD., or its affiliates.

DISPUTES
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Prapta.in or to products you purchase through Prapta.in shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in PRAPTA OPC PVT LTD.,, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Prapta.in intellectual property rights, Prapta.in may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any court in India or internationally, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing under the Indian Arbitration Act. The arbitrator award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
