DOMESTIC RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES
We want you to love what you purchase, but if something isn’t right, do let us know. PRAPTA is a 100% hand embroidered and handmade brand; please note we do not accept returns. However, we are happy to assist with alterations if needed. Courier charges for alterations will be borne by the customer. Please note that alteration service is only available for domestic purchases.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:
We do not offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally. However, if you receive any merchandise that is not in satisfactory condition, damaged, defective, or not as expected, kindly contact us at hello@prapta.in within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Refunds on international orders do not cover duties, taxes, and tariffs paid by the customer.
