SHIPPING CHARGES:
Domestic shipments – free of cost
International shipments - For international orders, a shipping charge of USD 80 / Euros 72 / INR 6000, among others, will be applicable depending on the volumetric dimensions/weights, whichever is higher. This pricing may vary. TAXES & DUTIES:
For Indian customers:
Product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties. 
For International customers (when applicable):
International deliveries may attract customs duty or/and VAT as per the applicable law in the country of delivery, in addition to the price quoted on the site. The shipping agency will provide you with an invoice for customs duties and local VAT if applicable.
In case of International Orders, if a customer refuses to pay the Duty mandated by the respective country of shipment and doesn’t collect their order from the Shipping agency (such as DHL, FedEx, etc.), then we will not be liable to refund any amount for such orders.

RETURNS:
Our garments are all made to order. Once your order is confirmed, we do not offer exchanges or returns. However, we are happy to assist with alterations if needed. Courier charges for alterations will be borne by the customer. Please note that alteration service is only available for domestic purchases.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:
We do not offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally. However, if you receive any merchandise that is not in satisfactory condition, damaged, defective, or not as expected, kindly contact us at hello@prapta.in within 48 hours of receiving your order. Refunds on international orders do not cover duties, taxes, and tariffs paid by the customer.

DELIVERY:
The estimated delivery time will vary for each order. Generally, we dispatch orders within India in approximately 15 to 20 business days and for international orders, it takes around 20-25 days. If a specific piece is in stock with the company, we can deliver it within 2-3 days. Feel free to contact our team to inquire about availability.
