When will my order be delivered?
All of our pieces are crafted to order, which means our dispatch lead time typically ranges from 3 to 4 weeks, depending on the specific piece. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Do I have to pay the custom duty charges?
The prices quoted do not cover custom duties and taxes. We are unable to foresee these charges as they are determined by the destination country and are subject to change. What courier companies do you use?
We use Delhivery services for our domestic orders and FedEx express for our international orders.

Do you ship internationally? What are the delivery charges?
